Each visit will be unique and tailored to you and your specific needs at that moment. Below are some of the ways I can assist you during a home visit.
Prenatal visit to plan your dream postpartum experience
Help building “your village”
Nourishing meals (specific for postpartum healing) cooked in your home, including snacks, and beverages, and a weekly grocery list (clients are financially responsible for ingredients)
General breastfeeding support and counseling from an IBCLC
Guidance and assistance from a Postpartum RN with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, baby wearing, etc.
Holding your baby so you can rest, shower, care for yourself, and connect with your partner
Birth processing and emotional support
Preparation of herbal baths
Access to a personally curated list of local, trusted postpartum professionals in fields such as bodywork, mental health, etc.
Light house tidying with nontoxic cleaners
Grocery pick-up on my way to your home
